NOTICE TO BIDDERS

It is the responsibility of the Bidder to obtain information regarding projects directly from the City of Georgetown’s website, www.georgetownsc.gov.

While we transition from the COVID-19 pandemic, bid openings may be conducted virtually, in-person, or by a hybrid (in-person and virtual) method. Refer to each individual bid document and/or any related addendum for details and method used.

When the electronic bid submittal method is used, bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s website to ensure it remains sealed until the scheduled bid opening date and time.  As always, emailed/faxed bids will not be accepted.

Please feel free to email our office or call 843.545.4043 if you have any questions. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. We hope everyone continues to remain healthy and safe.
