On Monday, December 2nd the City of Georgetown will offer a new way to communicate with us and report problems. The system known as “At Your Request” will offer a direct line of digital communication with our staff to expedite requests and provide services without having to wait in line or on hold for a representative. On Monday simply visit our website and click on Report a Problem.
